Clue> This is a very interesting story. Three people are involved.

1) A serving prime minister of a country

2) A world famous author and creator of a fictional character

3) A Hollywood actor who enacted the fictional character mentioned above

From above, person-1 along with person-2 studied in the same college. And when they did study in that college, person-3 used to serve milk to the college canteen, as a milk man.
